This role is Hybrid with 2 days per week at our HQ in Darwen. BB3 1AE.
Responsibilities
* Take ownership of your category by managing the approved and recommended supplier list while driving improvements.
* Work with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders to identify efficiencies, opportunities, and improvements for both practices and patients.
* Identify and implement projects aimed at enhancing category performance.
* Build meaningful relationships with 3rd parties to develop partnership relations that hold Hakim Group customers at the forefront.
* Lead the development of tools and resources to enable our independent practices to optimise patient experience.
* Identify insights and trends related to the market, consumers and competitors, in order to maximise margins and discover new opportunities.
The Ideal Candidate
You’ll be customer-focused with great communication skills. You will have a clear understanding of the optical industry and the lens category, having previous experience in a similar role. You should be comfortable with building category plans and working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, using your analytical skills to inform and support strategic recommendations.
