Account Director (Remote) £65,000 Basic + Bonuses
Our client is a leading professional services and consultancy firm seeking a passionate and experienced Account Director to join their growing team. In this remote position, you'll play a pivotal role in managing their most valuable accounts, fostering strategic partnerships, and driving significant revenue growth.
What You'll Do:
* Develop and implement strategic account plans that deliver exceptional value to their top clients (2-4 accounts)
* Foster strong, consultative relationships with key stakeholders, communicating client's objectives with colleagues
* Collaborate closely with project coordination teams to ensure seamless project delivery
* Maintain a "birds-eye view" of client needs and proactively identify growth opportunities
* Manage budgets and ensure client satisfaction throughout the engagement lifecycle

* A seasoned Account Director with a proven track record of success in managing large corporate accounts
* An expert communicator with a consultative approach, adept at building trust and rapport
* A strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset and a passion for exceeding client expectations
* Proven experience developing and implementing successful account plans
