As we continue our growth into 2025, we are looking to strengthen our skilled Fire Specialist team with the addition of a Dampers Mate. The role of Dampers Mate As a Dampers Mate at Trinity, you will be assisting in the installation and maintenance of fire dampers on our customers sites. You’ll be working alongside our specialist team of Damper Engineers to provide an exceptional service to our customers. · Assist in the installation of dampers in accordance with blueprints, specifications, and safety guidelines. · Help to assemble and position dampers within ducts or pipelines, ensuring proper alignment and secure fastening. · Assist in the connection of control systems and actuators to ensure the effective operation of dampers. · Conduct basic inspections and routine maintenance of dampers, identifying any signs of wear, damage, or malfunction. · Assist in supporting the repair and replacement of faulty or worn-out dampers as needed. · Perform tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting dampers to maintain optimal performance. · Assist in troubleshooting issues with dampers, control systems, and associated components. · Collaborate with the team to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards. · Assist in maintaining accurate records of work performed, including maintenance logs and project reports.
