Responsibilities: Oversee the entire purchasing process, from purchase orders to payments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Utilize your accounting expertise to manage the school's financial systems, including monthly reconciliations. Lead the finance team within the school office, providing guidance and support. Work closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality financial information and advice. Monitor departmental budgets and spending, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines. Continuously improve financial systems, reporting processes, and controls. Key Skills & Qualities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. Proven experience in accounting procedures and financial systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, thriving in a collaborative environment.
