Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic, skilled, and motivated individual to join our E-commerce and wholesale team.
You will manage day to day social media posts across all social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. You will need to be confident filming content and be able to edit in app. Communicate with customers, answering queries and comments in a timely manner.
We would like you to work directly with influencers, managing the gifting process from putting in orders to chasing up expected content and utilising across all channels.
Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
2. Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, TikTok and Instagram.
3. Manage social media accounts and monitor engagement metrics.
4. Respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
5. Collaborate with the J&D team and our Digital Marketing Company to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.
6. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices on social media marketing.
7. Monitor and analyse social media performance using analytics tools and provide a monthly report.
8. Identify and engage with influencers and brand advocates.
9. Coordinate social media campaigns and promotions.
10. Help with processing orders and customer enquiries in busy times plus ad-hoc duties to help the team.
Qualifications
1. Proven experience in social media management.
2. Degree in Marketing, Website Development, or a related field is desirable but not essential.
3. Strong understanding of public relations principles and practices.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
5. Experience with content creation, including writing, editing, and designing visual assets.
6. Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms, trends and practices.
7. An understanding of what drives social media algorithms.
8. Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas for content and engagement strategies.
9. Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively, with a knack for problem solving.
10. A strong interest in the world of ecommerce.
11. Experience with influencers is beneficial.
12. Must be a team player who is motivated and organised.
13. Own transport is a must.

Pay: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
