About the Role
The Campaign Manager will be responsible for bridging the gap between clients and the sales team, utilising their skills to expertly manage telemarketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure effective campaign execution
* Collaborate with the sales team to achieve telemarketing objectives
* Analyse campaign data to inform future strategy
What You Need To Succeed
* Proven experience in telemarketing or a related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to work effectively under pressure to meet targets
Working Arrangements
* 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 8:30am-5:00pm, Friday 8:00am-3:00pm
* Location: Shirley, Solihull (must live within a 7-mile radius)
Remuneration
£14.10 per hour (£27,500 per annum), providing a competitive salary and benefits package that rewards your hard work and dedication.
