Job summary Deputy Head of People and Culture - Mental Health Care Group Band 7 / 8a Progression Role We are pleased to be advertising for a Deputy Head of People and Culture within our Mental Health Services Care Group. The role will support and work closely with the Head of People and Culture, within our People and Culture Directorate but with responsibility of providing support to the Mental Health Care Group. Whilst line managed within the People and Culture Directorate, as a HR business partner, the successful postholder will be required to develop strong relationships with operational managers and within the services they support as well across the People and Culture Directorate.
