We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Sales for our Facilities Maintenance division. This leadership role will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy for Facilities Maintenance Contractors across the country. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving margin targets.

* Create and implement a robust sales strategy to develop a market presence and drive revenue growth in the facilities maintenance sector.
* Meet and exceed National Sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and customers while creating and expanding existing client relationships to increase sales and market share.
* Achieve sales targets and KPIs, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and margin goals.
* Conduct thorough market research and analysis to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring exceptional service delivery and satisfaction.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and finance to align sales strategies and optimize service offerings.
* Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
* Maintain and develop key supplier relationships.
We are looking for someone with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth at a national level. You'll also need to demonstrate strong leadership skills, excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, and be a strategic thinker.
Because you will be meeting clients across the UK, you will need to hold a full UK driving licence.
