Sales Assistant / Sales Executive to support our Head of Sales and contribute to our business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Head of Sales in developing and implementing sales strategies.
* Re-engage lapsed customers in the UK and abroad and explore new sales opportunities.
* Proactively contact potential customers to generate interest and build relationships.
* Follow up on quotes, gather customer feedback to discuss internally with the manager and the costing team.
* Monitor order status together with the team, ensure timely delivery, and update customers on progress when necessary and requested.
* Maintain strong internal communication with different departments to guarantee smooth operations.
* Keep CRM and sales databases updated with accurate customer information, feedback and registering new accounts.
* Provide insights and feedback to improve sales processes and customer experience.
What We’re Looking For:
* A bright, dynamic, and proactive individual with a passion for sales.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers effectively.
* Highly organized, empathetic with excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but a strong willingness to learn is key.
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office is desirable.
* Driving license.
