An exciting opportunity has arisen within the North Somerset and Chew Valley NFU Mutual Agency based in Bishop Sutton.
About the role:
Building on our Agency success we are expanding and are looking for an additional team member to specialise in assisting our High-Net-worth customers. As our High Net Worth Executive, you will be the go-to expert for our ‘Bespoke’ product, providing advice and an outstanding personal level of customer service. Insurance reviews and new business fact finds often take place in our customers’ homes.
As our High Net Worth Specialist, you will be part of an incredibly focused and driven team. You will use your expertise to prospect and grow our High Net Worth pipeline, develop strong customer relationships, sell and renew our award-winning High Net Worth Bespoke product. You will get involved in devising strategies for new business and develop opportunities. The role is supported with a robust training plan in which you can be assured of support and guidance, to ensure you unlock your growth potential.
About you
1. You will have a genuine interest in the High Net Worth lifestyle, homes, property cars, valuables, antiques and collections.
2. As a trusted adviser for all insurance aspects, you will need to be a confident and effective communicator.
3. You will demonstrate the drive, energy and enthusiasm required to provide a fantastic, holistic customer experience to our existing and prospective clients.
4. Good organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise tasks.
5. Minimum of Grade C/4 in GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent), Cert CII or a willingness to obtain.
6. A proficient IT user with the ability and desire to learn new systems, products, and processes.
7. A driving licence and access to own vehicle is essential.
8. Ideally live within 1 hour commute from the Bishop Sutton Office, BS39 5XP.

There is an opportunity to work 2 days per week from home upon completion of a probation period. We respect your personal time, so we will not expect you to work late evenings or weekends. Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. We offer 25 days annual leave plus all bank holidays.
