Curriculum Development Lead (Engineering) Location - Hybrid Working between home and on-site. (MOD Lyneham) Salary - £42,000 What we're looking for: We in search for a dedicated Curriculum Developer to oversee the entire Engineering curricula for the Army Apprenticeships programs from the design, development and the roll-out of all courses within the contract. What you'll be doing: Create, develop, and maintain curriculum content for all apprenticeship programs under the contract. Ensure alignment of army-led instruction with apprenticeship standards, including knowledge, skills, behaviors, and assessments. Keep curriculum-related policies and procedures current and compliant with company, ESFA, Ofsted, and client requirements. Assist in the creation and delivery of training programs to ensure staff are well-versed in the apprenticeship programs. Develop and maintain educational materials that meet company, ESFA, Ofsted, and client standards. Support the implementation and management of multimedia learning tools and technologies. Identify and communicate areas for improvement to the Quality Manager, ensuring compliance with all standards. What you need to have: Must haves; At least 5 years of experience in curriculum development. Experience in designing and developing content. Understanding of work-based learning programs. Knowledge of engineering qualifications and apprenticeships. An Engineering qualification/background Not essential but would be great if you had; Experience in the defence sector, particularly with the army. Due to the nature of the role, you must be able to obtain UK Security Clearance.
