Director - Life Science Pricing and Market Access Strategy - £100,000-£120,000 base + Benefits + Bonus + Long Term Incentives. UK office locations.
Due to year on year growth, this highly scientific and equally high project-quality consulting firm are seeking a Project Director to join their ranks. It is an opportunity to join a reputable Life Sciences firm that specializes in Global Market Access Strategy and Pricing, that has experienced consistent growth over the past 8 years, with the team growing by 250%.
You will have multiple responsibilities, with plenty of opportunity to develop personally and to support in the development of the company, whilst bolstering services and fostering new talent as the firm continues to grow, and lead engagements with your SME.
About the Role
Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing teams and engagements, ensuring high quality Pricing and Access projects are being completed on time.
* Being the go-to client partner on the projects, leveraging expertise in the Pricing and Access space.
* Conducting qualitative, deep dive interviews with key stakeholders, including payers and physicians.
* Overseeing projects day-to-day, including coordination and project management of internal delivery teams alongside client-facing coordination of projects.
* Supporting on proposals, developing junior team members, and bringing new ideas to the table in terms of thought leadership, for the future growing talent of the firm.
Responsibilities
The ideal profile will have the following experience:
* Bachelor’s Degree in health policy, life sciences, economics, or related business-related field.
* 6+ years of experience in Pricing or Market Access Strategy or relevant experience, including 4+ years of healthcare strategy consulting.
* Strong track record of people management and development.
* Extensive knowledge of applicable country market dynamics related to coverage & reimbursement requirements.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and team building capabilities.
* Strong written and oral communication.
