y:As a Business Development Consultant, you will be responsible for driving growth and establishing strategic partnerships with healthcare facilities to promote and sell our temporary nursing contracts. Your primary focus will be on expanding our client base and increasing revenue by leveraging your expertise in business development and sale

* ts.Consultative Approac h: Provide expert advice to clients regarding recruitment needs, workforce solutions, and staffing trends in the integrated urgent and primary care sect
* or.Collaboratio n: Work closely with recruitment consultants and account managers to ensure client requirements are met efficiently and effective
* ly.Client Retent ion: Monitor client satisfaction and service delivery, addressing any concerns or issues to ensure long-term relationships. Escalate to the Director of Business Development and Service Delivery, when necess
