We are looking to recruit a Renewals Co-ordinator for our APW Cobham office part of John D Wood & Co.). Our employees are meticulous, highly professional and well-trained, with a thorough understanding of the property market in their local area. About the role:
The successful Renewals Co-ordinator will be responsible for:
1. The smooth running of processing all renewal documentation for the branches occupied units within the necessary time frames.
2. Ensuring any Right to Rent Checks are undertaken when required in line with tenancy renewal.
3. Ensuring all necessary compliance documents are valid upon tenancy renewal and instructing said compliance documents where required.
4. Serving of Section 21 notices when required.
5. Assist with maintaining the property register and window displays.
6. Assist with Business generation activities.
7. Diary management.
8. Liaising with clients, suppliers, branch staff, property management, accounts to ensure all renewals conclude effectively.
9. Providing support to a busy team.
10. General office duties including filing, archiving, scanning and typing.
Skills and experience:
The successful Renewals Coordinator will have the following attributes:
11. Previous experience within an administrative setting.
12. Smartly presented and able to handle a public facing role, both face to face and over the telephone.
13. The ability to prioritise and manage a number of tasks simultaneously, to ensure nothing is missed, and all electronic files are kept in good order.
14. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
15. Computer literate and a good understanding of Microsoft Office suite.
