The Marketing Manager for ISM Planning and Digital will manage the in-store marketing plans for all campaigns launching throughout the year, covering all high-level POS, all digital screens and the in-store radio channel. You’ll have line manager accountability, managing a team who will develop and manage the digital content to support the key Boots campaigns and priorities. Key Responsibilities: • Ownership of the Boots Digital Screen strategy for Boots – including the short-term and long-term objectives of setting this channel up in the most effective way • Ownership of the Digital screen plan for Boots UK and ROI. Accountable for ensuring the business priorities are set on the right screens with the right intent. • Ownership for the management of the intent for each type of screen once handed over after implementation. Responsible for awareness of these intents and sharing this with the implementation team and ensuring that this is setup well to run ongoing pre-handover to BAU. • Accountable for all ensuring all Boots content is briefed to match the rotations of each screen. Managing the team to ensure the priorities for each screen are clear, are aligned with the business priorities through GTM, squads and Trading where appropriate. • Ownership of the digital screen budget – ensuring costs are monitored and generate a return • Accountable for creating and managing the process for digital screen implementation through to being fully utilised • Key stakeholder ownership for the Boots Media Group – accountable for the sign-off of content for BMG rotations, the creative look and feel, the share of voice for Boots, and clear customer CTAs. • Key stakeholder ownership for ROI – accountable for the sign-off of content for ROI rotations, the creative look and feel, the share of voice for Boots, and clear customer CTAs. • Key stakeholder ownership for Airports and Travel – from plan, to budget, to content and maximising the digital opportunity What you’ll need to have: • Strong experience and knowledge of digital and in store marketing processes • Experienced at planning and developing marketing campaigns through the in-store channel • A people focussed leader who motivates others and knows how to get the best out of a wide variety of stakeholders • A driven individual who demonstrates high levels of accountability It would be great if you also have: • Experienced at developing marketing creative and ideas which motivate customers to take action • Experience within the marketing function, and awareness of key stakeholders and processes Our benefits Boots Retirement Savings Plan Discretionary annual bonus Generous employee discounts Enhanced maternity/paternity/adoption leave pay and gift card for anyone expecting or adopting a child Flexible benefits scheme including option to buy additional holiday, discounted gym membership, life assurance, activity passes and much more.
