We are seeking an experienced Assistant Catering Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional food and outstanding customer service.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary excellence and the ability to oversee all catering and service operations with confidence.
This full-time role is contracted to 37.5 hours per week, offering a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact on our clients' satisfaction.
Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Responsibilities:
• Oversee kitchen and service counter operations to ensure seamless delivery of food and services
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement
• Foster strong relationships with clients and colleagues to drive sales growth and operational efficiency
Requirements:
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and targets
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (9am - 5pm)
