Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Product and Category Manager to lead and develop the strategy across the North Europe region, including the UK, Ireland, Nordics, and Benelux. This role is essential in driving brand growth, managing product launches, and implementing marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities : Product Launches : Coordinate end-to-end launch processes, including forecasting, business case development, and full 360° marketing planning with trade and digital teams. Category Management : Create and execute growth strategies to boost brand awareness and sales. This includes working on media plans, digital campaigns, and managing promotional initiatives. Training & Support : Collaborate with the sales team to train and support them in product knowledge, enabling them to excel in representing our brands. Insights & Market Analysis : Gather and analyse market and customer data to provide category insights and recommendations for future growth. Pricing & Budget Management : Set and implement pricing strategies while managing and tracking budgets effectively. Ideal Candidate Profile : Minimum 2 years of experience in category or brand management, preferably within the optical or healthcare industry. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Self-motivated, organized, and flexible, with a proven track record of strategic thinking. Degree in Marketing or a related field.
