As a Site Services Engineer, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and optimisation of site utilities, including HVAC, compressed air, water systems, and electrical services. Key Responsibilities of the Site Services Engineer:
* Maintain and repair site services, including boilers, compressors, water systems, and HVAC.
* Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure site infrastructure reliability.
* Support projects related to facility improvements, energy efficiency, and sustainability.
* Ensure compliance with health & safety and environmental regulations.
* Work closely with production and engineering teams to minimise downtime and maintain operational efficiency.
Skills Required for the Site Services Engineer:
* Experience: Previous experience in a Site Services, Facilities, or Maintenance Engineering role within an FMCG or manufacturing environment.
* Qualifications: Relevant engineering qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3, HNC, HND, City & Guilds, or equivalent).
* Skills: Strong knowledge of utilities, including HVAC, compressed air, steam, and water treatment.
* Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and ensure high standards of site maintenance.
