THE BUSINESS
Our client are business advisors working with local and national businesses to supply professional legal services in the commercial property arena. They work with a leading national law firm providing services to their clients around the U.K.
THE ROLE
Liaising with clients over the phone
• Receiving high volumes of cheques and other payment methods for processing
• Accurate data handling and processing within a computerised system
• Following work instructions and processes to deliver services to the client
• Confident dealing with varied types of paperwork
Confident problem solving and assisting clients
THE PERSON
Excellent attention to detail & experience of coping in fast paced environments
• Computer literate
• Previous data entry/administrative experience
Microsoft word and Microsoft Excel knowledge
Organised and diligent
