Do you have a passion for customer service? Can you go the extra mile to deal with customers' needs? Look no further! Working with one of the country's market leaders in automotive sales in the used car market, they are looking for an Aftersales Advisor.
As an Aftersales Advisor, you will be highly motivated and customer service-driven, handling anything from servicing to general inquiries. You will be on hand to ensure all communication is handled from start to finish.
General Responsibilities:
1. Deal with customer inquiries such as servicing and repairs.
2. Handle communications with warranty companies and repair agents effectively.
3. Deal with all customer inquiries.
4. Manage inbound and outbound calls.
5. Complaint handling.
6. Ensure all customer expectations are met.
To be considered you must have:
1. At least 1 year of Customer Service or Aftersales experience.
2. Motor trade experience is desirable; however, training will be given.
3. Great communication and administration skills.
