Overview: Trainee Early Years Assessor\n\nAre you an Early Years professional with management experience, looking for more work/life balance? \n\nRecruiting on behalf of an 'Ofsted Good' training provider, this is an opportunity not to be missed.\n\nEssential - You must hold a Level 3 (or equivalent) Early Years qualification to be considered for this role.\n\nPurpose of the role: Trainee Early Years Assessor\n\nYou will be managing a caseload of Early Years apprenticeship learners, including Functional Skills) both remotely (via telephone, video, email) and visits to the learner in their place of work. Coaching and mentoring the learner through to completion of their Early Years apprenticeship qualification.\n\nFull training and qualifications (TAQA) are fully funded and provided by the employer.\n\nTrainee Early Years Assessor: Essentials\n\nA minimum 3 years Deputy Manager or above Nursery experience\nUK driving license and use of own transport\nYou will be based from Home, covering Kent and the surrounding area\nA mixture of home working/remote and visiting learners in their place of work in Kent and the surrounding area\nFull Training and qualifications are funded and provided by the employerTrainee Early Years Assessor: Salary and Expenses\n\nThe role is full-time, permanent\nMon-Fri, no unsociable hours or weekends\nHome based and flexible working - manage your own diary\n£27k annual salary - salary higher for qualified assessors\nFull travel expenses (paid from your doorstep)\nAll equipment including laptop, mobile phone\nFurther career opportunities with a growing, high quality training provider
