Overview
The Global Employer Branding Lead will develop and execute strategies to enhance the employer brand globally, ensuring consistent and compelling messaging across all platforms.
Responsibilities
* Set and manage the employer branding (EB) strategy aligned with talent acquisition (TA) and business objectives.
* Plan and manage the annual EB plan, including budget.
* Lead recruitment marketing and employer brand campaigns, setting strategies, and overseeing execution.
* Partner with corporate brands and ERGs for cohesive brand integration.
Operations:
* Build and update external and internal careers sites.
* Create and send quarterly newsletters to priority external talent pools.
* Collaborate with communications and digital teams for recruitment marketing campaigns and social media content.
* Monitor and advocate for the employer brand, ensuring correct and consistent use.
* Manage the employer brand portal and train employees on its use.
* Conduct quarterly EB analytics and report on social media, Phenom, LinkedIn, Glassdoor/Indeed.
* Source and manage suppliers to support EB initiatives.
Communications & Social Media:
* Maintain regular connections with global communications teams.
* Conceptualize, plan, and oversee social media content and LinkedIn Life Pages.
* Review and approve content, ensuring alignment with EB strategy.
Reporting & Analytics:
* Run and report on EB analytics, including campaign performance and social media metrics.
* Provide insights and lessons learned from campaigns.
Essential Skills & Experience Required:
* 5+ years in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or talent acquisition, preferably in a global setting.
* Strong expertise in developing and executing employer branding strategies aligned with business objectives.
* Proven experience in managing recruitment marketing campaigns, careers websites, and social media content.
* Proficiency in employer branding tools (Phenom, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed) and data-driven decision-making.
* Strong project management, stakeholder collaboration, and vendor management skills.
* Excellent content creation, storytelling, and communication abilities.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to track and report on employer brand performance.
* Digital and social media savvy, with experience managing LinkedIn Life Pages and employer brand portals.
