North East Lincolnshire are looking for a Qualified Social Worker to join their Children with Disabilities Service based in their office in the seaside town of Cleethorpes.

As a Social Worker within the Children with Disabilities Team, you are required to:
* Undertake statutory Child and Family Assessments CA 89 Knowledge Chronically Sick and Disabled Act
* Manage children subject to child in need, child protection and looked after children care plans
* Responsible for all Children Social Care statutory requirements and preferably an understanding of EHCP and SENDS
* Assess risk to children with disabilities
* Identify short break services
* Manage Children in Care and maintain care plans
* Undertake court work as and when necessary
* Provide young adults with Transition Plans
What we are looking for in a Qualified Social Worker:
* Social Work England registration
* Eligible to work in the UK
* Hold a full UK license
* Post-qualified experience
* Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
