The suitable person will be able to prioritise the upbringing and education of children. The environment is looking for a proactive person who can use their knowledge of the EYFS and expertise to effectively assist the development of young children.
Responsibilities:
1. Arrange and carry out a variety of educational activities that address the kids developmental needs.
2. Track children development through observation and assessment, offering tailored assistance to improve their learning.
3. Create an environment that is upbeat and stimulating while establishing trusting bonds with kids and their families.
4. Always make sure the environment is secure, hygienic, and supportive.
5. Participate in a cohesive and encouraging work environment by working together in a large, bustling space with a committed team.

16. Be able to carry out small group work and work with individuals. Comfortable with providing personal care.
