£20 - £30 Per hour
Responsibilities:
* Provide tailored individual or small group support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
* Develop and implement personalised learning strategies based on students' specific needs
* Assist students in improving academic performance and developing essential skills
* Monitor and track students' progress, adjusting teaching methods as necessary
* Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure students' needs are met
Qualifications:
* Relevant qualification in Education or Special Educational Needs
* Demonstrated experience working with students with SEN
* Degree in Education or related field
* Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with SEN
Skills:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning styles
* Understanding of SEN policies and procedures
* Knowledge of various teaching strategies for students with SEN
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Additional Information:
* Additional training in specific SEN areas
* Experience in creating Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
* Part-time hours, flexible schedule
* Work closely with students, teachers, and parents
* May require travel to different educational settings
