Job Title: Customer Service Advisor - Telematics
Location: Crewe, Cheshire
Salary: Up To £24,000 + monthly bonus
Our client is seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join their team as a Customer Service Advisor.
Their Customer Service Advisors are really important to them. You will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to their customers, ensuring their satisfaction and resolving any issues they may encounter.
They would love to welcome you to their Crewe office; working hours are Monday - Friday between 8:30am - 5:00pm.
What will your day to day look like?
1. Engage with customers professionally and empathetically, actively listening to their concerns and providing effective solutions via inbound calls, webchats, emails and helpdesk tickets.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer enquiries, 1st line technical issues, and service-related problems in a timely manner.
3. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of their systems - don't worry, they will train you on this.
4. Educate customers on the functionalities and benefits of their products to enhance their understanding and usage.
5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in their CRM system.
6. Escalate critical issues to the appropriate departments and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
