This is a great role for someone who has knowledge or experience of the Change framework and excellent delivery discipline, who is passionate about making a difference in Finance. The UK IWR has a large Change portfolio planned for the coming years and aims to build a permanent Finance Change team of experts to support this transformation. You will support various elements of the portfolio, including design, implementation, and business readiness, while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. A bit about the job: You will provide project management support to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. By helping project/programme managers and teams improve their performance and productivity, you will lead to better project outcomes. You will ensure alignment with the organisation's strategic objectives and engage stakeholders effectively. As a leader in educating the programme on the Aviva Change Framework standards, you will act as an SME to ensure correct methodologies are followed. Additionally, you will continuously support the improvement of project management processes, procedures, and practices, aligning them with industry best practices and strategic objectives. Skills and experience we're looking for: Professional qualification APM PMQ or PPQ is desirable. Implement effective change management strategies, identifying areas for process improvements and implement solutions Key skills include stakeholder engagement, milestone planning, dependency, risks and issues management, agile methodologies, project budgeting, and forecasting. These qualifications and skills ensure alignment with the organisation's strategic objectives. They support and improve project management processes and practices, crucial for successful transformation initiatives.
