We're looking for a Customer Services Adviser who will be the face of our business, bringing outstanding customer service within the Airport sector.

Your key duties will include:
1. Serving customers, ensuring they receive an easy and seamless tailored experience
2. Handling cash and working the cash register
3. Completing report sheets and log sheets as instructed
4. Carrying out relevant basic maintenance of payment machines and entry and exit barriers
5. Ensuring that patrols are carried out at all times in accordance with the site's KPIs
