We're looking for 3 kind, compassionate, and resilient Support workers to join our Learning Disabilities service in Langley.
£28,808.00 per annum, working 40 hours per week.

The role involves supporting customers to develop life skills, including physical, domestic, emotional, and social care, promoting social inclusion, and encouraging independence.
Support shifts include early, late, sleep-in, weekends, and bank holidays.
Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver support to help customers develop independent living skills, including personal and physical care where appropriate.
2. Assist with domestic tasks to ensure high-quality accommodation.
3. Participate in support planning and risk management.
4. Ensure safety through security duties and monitoring CCTV.
5. Support customers to access community facilities and attend appointments, shopping, and leisure activities.

Essential Qualifications
* NVQ Level 2 or equivalent, or experience in charity/social care sector.
