Job Description:
Act as an ambassador for the company aiding progression of sales from offer to completion by monitoring timescales and ensuring a five-star word of mouth service.
Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee sales from offer to completion by monitoring timescales.
2. Maintain an 80% conversion rate.
3. Keep fall-through rate below 20%.
4. Gain feedback from the buyer and regularly update our client, the seller.
5. Chase all customer experience forms to ensure we achieve a minimum 70% return rate.
6. Achieve a customer service rating for the office of minimum 90.
7. Deliver a ‘Nothing is too much trouble’ service to generate new and repeat business.
8. Report weekly and monthly figures accurately.
9. Maintain strong working relationships with local solicitors and third parties.
10. Ensure sales are signed off and the offer sheet is complete and correct, with particular attention to timescales.
11. Chase bad debts as necessary.
12. Carry out monthly pipeline checks.
13. Communicate with the team during morning and monthly meetings – updating on feedback, pipeline, and additional service leads.
14. Deal with surveys and re-negotiations.
15. Promote and monitor additional services within the office – Solicitors, Financial Services, and Surveys – ensuring minimum standards met by the team.
16. Generate 5 leads per week per consultant.
17. Ensure 50% of buyers and 30% of sellers use panel solicitors.
