Develop and deliver marketing communications to support recruitment objectives for school leavers and employer engagement. Create compelling case studies, engaging social media content, newsletters, and email campaigns. Assist with the organisation and promotion of in-college events, open days, and school visits. Implement marketing tactics across a variety of platforms, ensuring consistency and impact.About You:We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual with experience in marketing and a strong ability to work across different communication channels. You should be comfortable with creating content and implementing marketing strategies with confidence. Key skills and experience required: Proven experience in marketing communications, including social media, email campaigns, and event support. Strong creativity, attention to detail, and organisational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver on time.
