Job Description
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
* Maximise every member and guest’s experience in our club.
* Support sales and retention of memberships through excellent customer service.
* Contribute to cleaning and hygiene standards of the club as required.
* Be a competent key holder, covering shifts as needed.
* Have a good understanding of the membership software system.
* Stay updated with current Fitness Challenges, Class descriptions, and gym floor focus; participate in these activities.
* Support the Fitness Manager with Gym Floor duties.
* Experience the products and services on offer.
* Maintain the cleanliness of the Facilities, supporting the team in upkeeping the club.
* Drive secondary spend KPI targets.
* Handle member complaints effectively and inform the relevant manager.

Need to be:
* Outgoing with a positive attitude
* Competent in administrative duties
* Driven, ambitious, eager to learn and develop
* Willing to participate in learning opportunities for growth
* Able to perform key holder duties as required
* Passionate about fitness, administration, and customer service
* Flexible to work shifts and support the team
