This role reports into the Senior Manager, overseeing titles and events, supporting social campaigns, analytics and our short form video agency. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond Qualifications: Required/Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 1+ year(s) integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related work experience OR equivalent experience. 1+ years social media experience at a major brand or creator account Additional or Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 3+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related work experience OR equivalent experience. Driving passion for social media, building community, interacting with various audiences. Experience in social media and online engagement tools, preferably Sprinklr. Experience working with creative teams to influence content so it delivers meaningful business impact through our social media ecosystem. Excellent organizational, time and self-management skills. Sense of initiative and ability to work under pressure on multiple projects. Understanding of paid social media strategy, from running paid campaigns to boosting and whitelisting organic content Project management skills, including handling multiple projects and campaigns from conception to completion, delivering documented results. Responsibilities: Manage campaigns inclusive of timelines, approval processes, agency resources Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy and implement ongoing education for the team Direct oversight of short form video creation funnel, driving channel growth and engagement across the ecosystem Collaborate with internal and external teams to ideate and develop social-first campaigns Partner closely with PR/Influencer teams, identifying opportunities within influencer programs and user-generated campaigns Manage the flow of content creation to ensure content is developed in a timely manner, proactively finding opportunities and efficiencies to maximize content opportunities for evergreen and social campaigns. Cultivate and maintain relationships with internal and external partners Support Senior Manager and team with adhoc campaign needs including routing creative and approvals, timeline tracking, paid media creative support, and others team needs.
