About the Role:
As a Chef de Partie, you’ll collaborate with a skilled team of chefs to create and deliver high-quality dishes for executives and clients. Your expertise will contribute to a refined dining experience, with a focus on precision, creativity, and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and present dishes to exceptional standards using fresh, seasonal ingredients.
* Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily food preparation and menu planning.
* Bring creativity to menu development with innovative ideas and techniques.
* Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
* Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering, and ensure efficient ingredient use.
