My client is seeking a Bid Manager with a focus on work winning. This role will offer flexible / hybrid working and will be based from their Birmingham office. The successful Bid Manager will be a key part of the pre-construction team and will be responsible for managing the work winning / 1st stage bid process.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage the work winning / 1st stage bid process.
2. Lead and coordinate the work winning process effectively.
Requirements:
1. Extensive experience with work winning and 1 stage tenders.
2. Must have worked for a Main Contractor previously.
3. Minimum of 5 years' experience in similar roles.
4. Strong client facing and presentational skills.
5. Exposure to different clients/sectors.
