Description
Leading and managing logistics start up teams for optimal performance
Scoping the programme of work for the build and fit out of a new Distribution centre
Implementing and overseeing transport & distribution programmes
Monitoring programme performance and implementing improvements where necessary
Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies
Coordinating with stakeholders to manage programme requirements
Providing regular programme updates to senior management
Managing project risks and implementing mitigation strategies
Conducting regular meetings and reviews with internal and external stakeholders
Management on 3rd party service providers (Principal contractor, integrators and fit out companies)Profile
