Nursery Practitioner - East Grinstead £16,000 - £17,500 per annum Full-time (Rotational Shifts) Starting Immediately - Permanent Position

We are currently seeking passionate individuals to join our team as Nursery Practitioners. Candidates must be available immediately (notice periods will be considered) and should possess prior experience in nursery settings catering to children from newborn to 5 years old. This is a full-time permanent position with rotational shifts, scheduled on a fortnightly basis. We welcome applications from both qualified and unqualified candidates for this role.
About the Nursery:
1. Our nursery caters to approximately 75 children and features separate rooms for different age groups (babies, 2-3-year-olds, and pre-schoolers).
2. We are a privately owned (family-run) nursery offering competitive remuneration packages.

The Role: We are seeking Nursery Practitioners who can:
5. Provide support to children aged from newborn to 5 years old.
6. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the current Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
7. Adapt to meet the individual needs of each child and effectively engage in both small and large group activities.
8. Provide two references (with one being from the most recent employer).
9. Present a comprehensive 10-year employment or education history.
