Role Overview:
Provide comprehensive administrative support within our Education and Inclusion Therapy Service, which supports children and young people with speech, language, and communication needs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Processing reports and sending out letters.
2. Database maintenance.
3. Organising meeting rooms and refreshments.
4. Opening post, scanning, and distributing.
5. Dealing with telephone enquiries.
6. Preparing resources, photocopying, and filing.
7. Ordering materials and publications.
8. Basic processing of payment requests and assisting with budget monitoring.
9. Overseeing equipment as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
You should possess a high level of organisational skills and the ability to work on your own initiative within a team environment. Confidentiality must be ensured at all times. A flexible attitude and good communication skills (written and oral) are necessary, along with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office products (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint). Familiarity with IBC and Capita One is preferred, but training can be provided.
