About the Role: Start Date: January 2024 Contract: Full-time or part-time (flexible to suit your availability) Pay Rate: £85–£110 per day (dependent on experience) Deliver pre-prepared lessons to classes across a range of subjects in the absence of the usual teacher. Manage classroom behaviour effectively to ensure a positive and productive learning environment. Support students’ progress by answering questions and providing guidance during lessons. Build rapport with students and staff, becoming a valued member of the school community. Gain valuable experience in the classroom, preparing for a future teaching career. What We’re Looking For: Previous experience working with young people (e.g., as a tutor, mentor, teaching assistant, or youth worker). A passion for education and the confidence to lead a classroom.
