As the Head of Incident Verification, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining and improving pollution and flooding operations. You’ll lead a dedicated team managing responses to high-profile emergency works, ensuring strict KPIs are met while continually enhancing service delivery. Key responsibilities include: Conducting needs assessments and capacity planning analyses to shape and implement effective strategies. Overseeing high-pressure situations in a fast-paced environment with a solutions-driven mindset. Collaborating with and updating stakeholders across multiple areas of the business. Analysing data to refine and optimise pollution and flooding response plans for our client. This role is ideal for someone with experience in senior leadership positions, particularly within contact center operations. You may have held roles such as Operations Manager, Project Manager, or Area Manager. While experience in the water or drainage sector would be advantageous, it’s not essential.
