Full time: Monday – Friday, plus 1 in 3 Saturday’s p/cm (Finish at 5pm on Friday’s)

The Role
This varied role will involve managing a portfolio of luxury homes (proactively selling and progressing through to completion) alongside your colleagues with a view to selling an agreed quota of properties each month, which is both realistic and challenging. Our primary focus is upon helping people by providing them with an unusually high level of service in all interactions, adopting a caring and friendly approach at all times.
Your duties will include:
* Pass non-proceedable buyers (Potential Vendors) to your Valuer
* Arranging viewings at mutually convenient times for vendors and prospective buyers
* Within 24 hours of viewing provide detailed feedback to the vendor
* Intelligently negotiate all offers with 100% focus upon achieving the absolute best outcome for your client and their family
* Completing marketing reviews of current stock upon a consistent and regular basis
* Efficient and organised management of sales progression with your team members
* Working to team targets
* Consistent and frequent communication with all clients
* Ensure all your day to day activities adhere to the Property Ombudsman Code of Practice and Anti-Money Laundering legislation.
Required values/skills/knowledge/experience
* A Caring Personality is our NO 1 PRIORITY
* Minimum of 2 years Estate Agency Sales experience
* Honest, Ethical, Friendly with a Positive Outlook on Life
* Well-developed sense of humour…
* EXPERIENCED & SUCCESSFUL Sales Negotiator with a PROVEN TRACK RECORD…
* “Ideally” have some Successful face to face valuation experience
* Very comfortable & confident dealing with clients at the higher end of the market…
* Possess a positive mental attitude at all times
* “Can Do” approach to life in general. (Attitude is everything)
* Impeccable customer service record
* Strong Desire to succeed, progress and earn money
* Tenacious and persistent
* Excellent interpersonal & communication skills (written and verbal)
* Strong Administration Skills with great attention to detail
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Flexible and Adaptable
* Strong IT skills – Microsoft Office, CRM Systems experience, Rightmove & Estate Agency Software (Not essential training will be provided)
* Knowledge of the ‘Code of Practice for Residential Estate Agents’ & Anti Money Laundering legislation.
