What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for someone who:
• has a strong track record in following learning plans and teacher direction with experience of supporting children with SEND
• be passionate about achieving the very best for all our children, supporting the highest standards of teaching, learning and behaviour
• be flexible and hard-working and the “right fit” for joining our high-performing team of staff
• have an understand of key areas of SEND including Autism, ADHD and some understanding of SEMH needs
• has a willingness to complete the ‘Making Sense of Autism’ AET Level 1 Training
• has the skills, knowledge and understanding needed to work with children with SEND and support their needs
• will be able to work with other SEND professionals to ensure children with SEND receive the best possible education
