Job Summary:
1. Contribute to the development, implementation and monitoring of a strategic plan for St Helena Hospice in collaboration with the Head of Marketing that will raise the organisation’s profile, potential profit and awareness.
2. Graphic Design support across business wide projects and initiatives.
3. Support in the delivery of marketing and communication events and plans across St Helena Hospice, promoting services, fundraising activities and income streams to individuals, organisations and corporate bodies in line with strategic goals.
4. To support the relevant income manager in the delivery of income related activity and events, sharing ideas on promotion, reach and ROI.
We are looking for the following experience:
1. Design experience: The candidate should have strong design experience, showcasing their ability to create diverse print and digital collateral using Adobe Creative Suite.
2. Relationship management: Strong communication skills are essential for connecting with stakeholders, both internal and external.
3. Campaign delivery and analysis: The candidate should be able to support colleagues in the planning, implementation and delivery of campaigns, including monitoring and analysing the performance of marketing and communication activities, suggesting improvements based on data insights to ensure ROI and growth in engagement and awareness.
4. Creativity and innovation: The individual should be able to generate innovative ideas for content creation, campaign development, and event promotion while maintaining brand consistency.
5. Team player: The candidate demonstrates good collaborative skills and a commitment to working effectively with colleagues across departments to achieve shared goals and objectives.
