Join ACRO Criminal Records Office as a Senior Business Analyst in our dynamic Continuous Improvement Team, where you'll play a lead role in transformative digital and process optimisation initiatives. Essential Qualifications
* Educated to QCF level 6 OR work experience deemed to have brought the role holder to a comparable level.
* Hold a professional practitioner level qualification in Business Analysis (e.g. BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis) or another qualification deemed to have brought the role holder to a comparable level.
Essential Experience
* Extensive analytical expertise.
* Proven stakeholder management skills including senior stakeholders and partners.
* Significant experience with complex digital transformation projects.
* Experience in team management, monitoring performance and developing staff.
Desirable
* Advanced experience with SaaS platforms and integration tools.
* Familiarity with data analysis or business intelligence tools.
