Quality Assurance Auditor Monday- Friday Office Hours Previous experience in a QA role is essential You will play an integral role within our clients Quality Assurance team, completing quality checks for the contact centre and administration teams. You will give feedback to advisors regarding calls. Role: • Working independently • Completing daily quality checks for the Contact Centre, Webchat and Customer Support teams in line with team targets. • Collaborating with the team to ensure all internal and external targets and deadlines are met • Show a clear and consistent understanding of all compliance and regulatory requirements. • Confident in making decisions and being able to independently assess each customer interaction on what has happened to identify if the correct resolution has been reached. • Support the Contact Centre, Webchat, and Customer Support teams by providing detailed and constructive feedback which is clear and easy to understand
