Job Summary
The rolesupports the development and execution of transactions by providingcomprehensive financial analysis activities including building andutilizing complex financial valuation models managing valuationinputs from multiple internal and external sources developingfinancial statements risk and uncertainty analysis and presentationof expert and objective analysis to senior management to supportdecisionmaking in respect of transactions. The role contributes tothe continuous improvement of relevant processes and methodologiesto become a center of excellence for valuation for the Company. Akey aspect of the role is to develop mentor and coach other teammembers in areas of expertise. The position also interacts withexternal financial advisors and consultants for transactions. Theindividual is expected to develop relationships with financialinstitutions and to bring external perspectives on the M&Alandscape to the Company. The role also provides ad hoc financialanalysis activities including on transfer pricing impairmentreviews Shareek incentives and group policy reviews.
Responsibilities:
* Have expert experience in building and usingtransaction valuation tools and financial statements providingobjective valuation advice to management.
* Serve all business lines and Company organizationsincluding whollyowned subsidiaries and Joint Ventures regardless ofgeographic location.
* Deal with transactionsestimated to have a total value of over $130 billion from 2021 to2023 including equity partner investments project financing injoint ventures and M&A acquisitions and divestments.
* Provide expert and objective advice to senior managementregarding M&A valuations for specific transactions.
* Support the development and execution of M&Atransactions by conducting comprehensive financial analysisincluding the creation and utilization of complex financial modelsrisk analysis and uncertainty analysis.
* Develop coach and mentor team members in areas ofexpertise.
* Contribute to the continuousimprovement of relevant processes and methodologies to establish acenter of excellence for valuation within the Company.
* Conduct ad hoc financial analysis activities includingtransfer pricing impairment reviews Shareek incentives and grouppolicy reviews.
* Manage Financial Advisors forvaluation activities on transactions and establish relationshipswith banks to gather external perspectives on the M&A landscapefor the Company.
* Support the FIM (FinancialInvestment Management)led mandating of Financial Advisors includingthe development of Request for Proposals (RFPs) selection criteriaand evaluation of proposals.

* Minimum years of experience: 10years including 5 years of specialized experience in M&A(Merger and Acquisition) Transactions.
