Key Responsibilities: Lead the strategic development of the school and its continued improvement. Inspire and motivate staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive school culture. Promote high standards of teaching and learning, ensuring all children achieve their best. Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents, the local community, and the governing body. Have a pivotal role in the school expansion project. Safeguard and promote the welfare of children, ensuring a nurturing environment for all students.
