* 12+ months in recruitment or proactive sales, or a relevant graduate degree
* Confidence in adapting to a fast-paced, high-calibre industry
* Target-driven, self-motivated, and naturally resilient
* Strong negotiation skills and the ability to crunch numbers

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Sourcing high-calibre candidates for roles across the AI/Tech/Pharmaceutical sectors
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior candidates
* Managing the full 360 recruitment process
* Continuously developing business with emerging, niche companies
