A client of ours in the Witham area are recruiting a Logistics Administrator to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm and paying £25,000 - £28,000 per annum depending on experience.
Key Duties include but are not limited to:
Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations
Prepare shipping documents (e.g., invoices, packing lists, bills of lading)
Liaise with transport providers, freight forwarders, and customs agents
Track shipments and resolve any delivery issues
Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and inventory
Process orders and liaise with internal departments (sales, warehouse, purchasing)
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and reporting
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Logistics Administrator position:
Proven experience in a logistics distribution and supply chain role
Highly organised
Strong communication skills
