Join Our Team and Make a Difference Every Day!
Are you ready for a fresh start and a rewarding job where you can bring smiles to people's faces every day? Our home in Taunton is looking for friendly, caring, and creative Support Workers to join our team and help us achieve our goals.
We support six wonderful individuals who thrive on enjoying life to the fullest. The people we support love engaging in various hobbies that bring them joy. Whether it's basking in the garden sunshine or taking a stroll to the local supermarket for their favorite treats.
The ladies in our home appreciate the finer things in life, from relaxing pamper days and nail painting sessions to lively Thursday disco nights filled with 80s and 90s music. ABBA is a household favorite! We also enjoy reading, coloring, watching beloved musicals like "The Sound of Music" and "Grease," and tuning in to "Strictly Come Dancing" on weekends.
As a Support Worker, you will empower our residents to live independently by assisting with day-to-day tasks such as managing finances, cooking, and personal care. You'll also ensure that care plans and communication books are always up to date.
If you are compassionate, dedicated, and ready to make a real impact, we would love to hear from you. Join us in making every day brighter for the people we support.
